We require all new clients to go through a short meet & greet and fill out required forms prior to service. 

This allows us to get familiar with you and your pet(s) so that we can provide the best possible care in a friendly environment. Not all pets are comfortable with strangers coming into their home, the meet and greet aims to comfort these pets, so that we can become a friendly face to all.
